Behind El Cordero

Eating healthy begins with knowing what’s in your food. Although going to a restaurant is easy and fun, there’s nothing like enjoying a freshly cooked homemade meal.

We started El Cordero in 2022, it wasn't easy for us at the beginning due to a massive Bill.

which started coming due to a problem with the AC, but Havana Florida small town people are wonderful and help with donations to keep us open, keep in mind that this is a Family business owned.

We love to offer our Salvadoran and Guatemalan Food to the community.

so, come out and try our food, you won't be disappointed because is freshly made at the moment.

Short story 

My father always liked cooking and makes pupusas, he was my motivation before he passed away , I told him 

that I was going to Open a Restaurant which he didn't get to see but he knew I was capable of

opening One, so I thank God for every moment.
